6. Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain ownership of photos you upload, but grant us a license to use them solely for generating your baby predictions.

Generated Images: You receive a non-exclusive license to use generated images for personal, non-commercial purposes. We retain the right to use anonymized examples for marketing.

Our Technology: All AI models, algorithms, and Service technology are our proprietary property and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties
