Common Issues & Solutions
πΌοΈ Photo Upload Issues
Problem: "Upload failed" or photos won't upload
Solutions:
- Check file size is under 10MB
- Ensure format is JPEG, PNG, or WebP
- Try a different browser (Chrome or Firefox recommended)
- Disable ad blockers or privacy extensions temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Clear browser cache and cookies
Problem: Photo looks wrong after upload
Photos are automatically rotated based on EXIF data. If rotation is incorrect, use an image editor to rotate the photo before uploading, then save it as a new file.
β±οΈ Generation Taking Too Long
Problem: "Processing..." stuck for more than 2 minutes
Solutions:
- Wait up to 3 minutes - high-quality generations can take time
- Do NOT refresh the page or you may lose your credit
- Check your dashboard - generation may have completed
- If stuck after 5 minutes, contact support with your generation ID
Problem: Generation failed
If generation fails, your credit is automatically refunded. Common causes:
- Photos don't contain clear human faces
- Photos are heavily filtered or edited
- System maintenance (check our status page)
- Temporary AI service outage
π³ Payment & Credit Problems
Problem: Payment declined
Solutions:
- Verify card details are correct (number, expiry, CVV)
- Ensure sufficient funds in account
- Contact your bank - some banks block international payments
- Try a different payment method
- Use a credit card instead of debit card
Problem: Paid but didn't receive credits
Credits are usually added instantly. If not:
- Wait 5 minutes and refresh the page
- Check your email for payment confirmation
- Log out and log back in
- Contact support with payment confirmation email

π Unlock & Download Issues
Problem: Can't unlock HD version
To unlock HD version, you need to:
- Have credits in your account OR
- Purchase unlock for $6.99 directly
- Ensure generation status is "completed"
If you have credits but unlock button doesn't work, refresh the page or contact support.
Problem: Download button not working
Solutions:
- Right-click the image and select "Save image as..."
- Disable pop-up blockers
- Try a different browser
- Check browser download permissions
- Clear browser cache
π€ Account & Login Problems
Problem: Forgot password
Click "Forgot password?" on the login page. Enter your email and check your inbox for a reset link. Check spam folder if you don't see it within 5 minutes.
Problem: Can't log in
Solutions:
- Verify you're using the correct email address
- Try resetting your password
- Clear browser cookies for our site
- Try incognito/private browsing mode
- Ensure cookies and JavaScript are enabled
Problem: Want to delete my account
Go to Dashboard β Settings β Delete Account. This will permanently delete all your data including generations, photos, and purchase history. This action cannot be undone.
π Result Quality Issues
Problem: Baby doesn't look like either parent
This can happen if:
- Photos were low quality or heavily filtered
- Parents have very different ethnic backgrounds
- Photos weren't front-facing
- AI blended features unexpectedly
Try again with higher quality, clearer photos. Read our photo guide for best results.
Problem: Result looks blurry or low quality
If you're viewing the preview, it includes a blur effect by design. Unlock the HD version ($6.99) for the full high-resolution image without blur.

How to Generate Your First Baby
- Sign up for a free account
- Purchase credits or use your free credits
- Go to "Generate" page
- Upload two clear, front-facing photos
- Select baby gender, age, and style
- Click "Generate Baby" and wait 30-60 seconds
- View your free preview
- Unlock HD version if you love it
How to Get the Best Results
- Use high-resolution photos (1024x1024+)
- Ensure good, natural lighting
- Face the camera directly
- Remove glasses and accessories
- Use recent photos (within 2-3 years)
- Avoid heavy filters or editing
- Make sure faces are clearly visible
How to Delete Your Data
Delete individual generations:
- Go to Dashboard
- Find the generation you want to delete
- Click the trash icon
- Confirm deletion
Delete entire account:
- Go to Dashboard β Settings
- Click "Delete Account"
- Confirm you understand this is permanent
- Enter your password to confirm
How to Share Your Results
- Unlock the HD version first
- Click the share button on result page
- Choose platform (Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Or download and share manually
- Use referral link to earn free credits
