Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of the BabyPic iOS app and babypic.app, operated by Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd. By using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use BabyPic.

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. BabyPic is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13.

BabyPic creates synthetic, AI-generated images inspired by photos and settings you provide. Results are imaginative entertainment and are not medical, genetic, biometric, scientific, or factual predictions of a real child or person.

AI outputs can be inaccurate, unexpected, or visually imperfect. Do not rely on a result for health, family-planning, identity, legal, or other important decisions.

The iOS app may create a guest account automatically. You may optionally use Sign in with Apple, and the website may use Clerk authentication. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device and credentials secure.

You may delete your iOS account in Settings. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

• You retain your rights in photos you upload.
• You grant BabyPic and its service providers a limited license to host, copy, transmit, and process the content only as needed to provide, secure, and support the requested service.
• You must own the content or have valid permission from every identifiable person and any copyright owner.
• Do not upload a minor’s image unless you are the parent or legal guardian and are legally authorized to do so.
• Do not upload illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

Subject to applicable law and these Terms, you may use your generated results for personal, lawful purposes. You must not present an AI-generated image as an authentic photograph in a deceptive way or use it to impersonate, defraud, harass, or harm another person.

Because machine-generated outputs may be similar across users, BabyPic does not guarantee that a result is unique or eligible for intellectual-property protection.

iOS purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. The product, billing period, localized price, trial terms if any, and included benefits are shown before confirmation. Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.

Auto-renewable subscriptions renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your Apple account subscription settings. Apple handles iOS billing and refund requests under its policies. Restoring a valid purchase may relink the entitlement to your current BabyPic account.

Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required.

Website credit purchases are processed by Creem. The checkout page displays the current price and included credits before payment. Except where required by law or the payment provider’s rules, used credits and completed AI generations are not refundable. Contact support for a verified technical failure.

All generation access—including iOS subscriptions or lifetime products and generations paid with website credits—is currently limited to 10 recorded generation requests in any rolling 1-hour period and 50 in any rolling 24-hour period per BabyPic account. These limits apply even when a product is described as premium or all access.

Automated or abusive use is not permitted. Provider capacity, safety checks, maintenance, or service-integrity controls may also temporarily prevent a generation.

• Bypass security, purchase verification, free limits, rate limits, or access controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, automate abuse of, or disrupt the service.
• Use BabyPic or its output for unlawful surveillance, identity fraud, harassment, exploitation, or misleading synthetic media.
• Upload content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Resell the service or use it to train another model without written permission.

We may reject content, limit access, or suspend an account when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service; investigate abuse; comply with law; or enforce these Terms. You may stop using BabyPic and delete your account at any time.

To the extent permitted by law, BabyPic is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, generation time, output quality, accuracy, uniqueness, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BabyPic is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss caused by unauthorized or unlawful use of uploaded or generated content. Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid to BabyPic during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms to reflect service or legal changes. The updated date will appear on this page. Applicable mandatory consumer law and the rules of the platform through which you obtained BabyPic continue to apply.
