Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the BabyPic iOS app and babypic.app. BabyPic is operated by Beijing baqijiuyi Technology Co., Ltd and can be contacted at vokie123@gmail.com.

BabyPic creates synthetic, AI-generated images for entertainment. It does not provide medical, genetic, biometric, or scientific predictions.

• Photos you choose to upload, generated images, and generation choices such as age, gender, and style.
• A BabyPic user ID and, for guest use on iOS, a device-scoped identifier used to prevent abuse and provide the free allowance.
• If you use Sign in with Apple, the Apple account identifier and any name or email address you choose to share.
• If you use the website, account information supplied through Clerk and essential authentication cookies.
• Purchase identifiers, product IDs, subscription status, currency, and transaction status from Apple or Creem. We do not receive or store full payment-card details.
• Basic service and security logs, feature events, error details, device/platform information, IP address, and timestamps needed to operate and protect the service.
• Email addresses and delivery or subscription preferences when you explicitly request email or when an enabled transactional message is sent.
• Support messages and any information you include when contacting us.

• Authenticate users, provide guest access, and keep account history synchronized.
• Upload, process, generate, store, display, download, share, and delete requested images.
• Verify purchases, restore entitlements, prevent fraud, and provide customer support.
• Operate, secure, debug, and improve BabyPic using aggregated or limited service analytics.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

To provide a generation you request, BabyPic sends the selected photos and generation settings to Fal.ai. Fal.ai processes that data on our behalf to create and return the requested synthetic image.

We also use Cloudflare R2 for image storage, Neon for database hosting, Vercel for web hosting, Clerk for web authentication, Apple for iOS authentication and purchases, and Creem for web payments. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.

The website includes Vercel Analytics for basic visit and performance measurement. Google Analytics 4 is loaded only when a Google Analytics measurement ID is configured, and PostHog is initialized only when a valid PostHog project key is configured. Depending on configuration, these services may process page views, feature events, device or browser details, network information, and cookies or similar identifiers.

The iOS app sends limited service events, such as feature use, generation status, and purchase-flow status, to BabyPic’s own backend. Events may include app, platform, session, and account information needed to understand and improve the service.

When email delivery is enabled, SendPulse processes recipient addresses and delivery metadata for transactional or requested subscription emails. You can unsubscribe from optional marketing email using the link in the message or by contacting us.

BabyPic does not sell personal information and the current iOS app does not use third-party behavioral advertising or cross-app tracking. We do not share uploaded photos for advertising.

Photos and generated images are stored so you can use generation history and retrieve completed results. Deleting an individual result removes its history record and generated output files. Because an uploaded source photo may be referenced by more than one generation, source uploads remain in private storage until you delete your account or we remove them through operational cleanup. Limited legal retention is described below.

When an account is deleted, BabyPic deletes the account profile, generated content, associated image objects, usage events, and free-allowance records. Limited purchase or transaction records may be retained where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, refunds, or legal compliance; retained records are dissociated from the deleted BabyPic account where practical.

New image objects are saved as private storage references. After authenticating and checking ownership, BabyPic issues short-lived signed links for viewing. Production storage must not expose a public R2 development URL.

No internet transmission or storage system is perfectly secure. We use transport encryption and access controls appropriate to the service, but cannot guarantee absolute security.

In the iOS app, open Settings > Account > Delete Account. The app will ask for confirmation and, for Sign in with Apple accounts, may ask you to authorize again so the Apple authorization can be revoked. If Apple cannot complete that authorization, you can separately confirm deletion of all BabyPic-held data and then remove BabyPic manually in Apple account settings. Deleting a BabyPic account does not cancel an App Store subscription; subscriptions must be managed separately.

You can also delete individual completed generations from your history. For web-account deletion or a privacy request, contact vokie123@gmail.com from the account email when possible.

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, or withdrawal of consent. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request. You may complain to your local data-protection authority where applicable.

BabyPic is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Do not upload a minor’s photo unless you are the parent or legal guardian and have the legal right to do so. Contact us if you believe a child provided data without appropriate authorization.

Our providers may process data in countries different from yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may update this policy when the service or law changes and will post the updated date on this page.
